1. Who we are

SparePartDelivery is operated by company legal name, registered in Qatar under commercial registration number CR number, with its address at registered address.

2. The service

SparePartDelivery provides garage management software (job cards, quotes, invoices, customers and vehicles) and a network where spare parts suppliers sell parts to garages in Qatar. We act as an intermediary between garages and suppliers.

3. Accounts

• Accounts are for businesses. You must give accurate details, including a valid commercial registration number.
• We may check your registration and documents before you can buy or sell parts, and suspend an account whose details are false.
• You are responsible for your users and for keeping your password private.

4. Orders between garages and suppliers

• Parts orders are placed, paid and delivered through the platform. The supplier is paid after the garage confirms delivery.
• Suppliers must describe parts accurately (genuine or aftermarket, new or used, condition) and keep stock and prices up to date.
• Returns and disputes follow the return rules shown on the order. We may hold payment while a dispute is open.

5. Dealing outside the platform

Garages and suppliers who meet through SparePartDelivery agree to place their parts orders with each other through the platform. Arranging orders outside the platform to avoid fees may lead to suspension of the accounts involved.

6. Fees

Sign-up is free. The monthly fee for the garage software and the commission on parts orders are agreed with each business and shown in its account. Fees are in Qatari riyals.

7. Your data

The data you enter (customers, vehicles, documents) belongs to you. We process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

8. Liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. The supplier is responsible for the parts it sells and the garage for the work it carries out.

9. Ending the service

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably go to the competent courts of Doha.
