Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data SparePartDelivery collects and how we use it, in line with Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is company legal name, registered address. Contact: support@sparepartdelivery.com.

2. What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number, business name, commercial registration number.
• Business records you enter: customers, vehicles, job cards, quotes, invoices and parts orders.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser, pages visited and login times.

3. Why we use it

• To provide the service and your account.
• To process parts orders, payments and deliveries between garages and suppliers.
• To check businesses and prevent fraud.
• To send service messages (codes, order updates, reminders) and support.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed to run the service: with the other party to an order (for example the delivery address), with payment, SMS, email and delivery providers, and with our hosting provider. We may also share data when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account data while the account is open, and invoices and order records for as long as the law requires. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to support@sparepartdelivery.com. We reply within 30 days.

7. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, access is limited to authorised staff, and each business only sees its own records.

8. Cookies

We use cookies needed to keep you logged in and to protect forms, and to remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
